Otter 435 was delivered to Bradley Air Services Ltd., Carp, Ontario on 5th February 1962 registered CF-OHD, the first Otter to join the Bradley fleet. It served the company faithfully for nearly twelve years, until destroyed in a hangar fire at Carp on 28th January 1974. Also destroyed in that fire were two other Bradley aircraft, Twin Otter CF-DIJ (268) and DC-3 CF-TVK (27004/15559).
